Developmental Therapist
Your role: Job Description
We are seeking a Developmental Therapist to join our early intervention team, to perform in-home based therapy for children aged 0-3 years old. You will play a pivotal role in fostering communication skills and enhancing the overall development of our littlest clients. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with families in their homes or sometimes by virtual visits, creating an environment that promotes the proper cognitive growth in a natural setting.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.
· Implement evidence-based therapy techniques in a home-based setting.
· Collaborate with families to provide education and support for effective communication strategies.
· Maintain documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Qualifications
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following:
Early Childhood Education;
Early Childhood Education, Special Education;
Child Development;
Early Intervention; or
Elementary Education
Active Illinois Early Intervention Credential or willingness to obtain
Have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel in the Chicagoland area

Speech/Language Therapist
Your role: Job Description
As a Speech Therapist specializing in home-based therapy for children aged 0-3 years old, you will play a pivotal role in fostering communication skills and enhancing the overall development of our littlest clients. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with families in their homes or sometimes by virtual visits, creating an environment that promotes speech and language growth in a natural setting.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.
· Implement evidence-based therapy techniques in a home-based setting.
· Collaborate with families to provide education and support for effective communication strategies.
· Maintain documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Qualifications
· Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
· Illinois State Early Intervention credential licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. If you do not have this credential already, it may take several weeks before you officially begin with our company - We can provide more information about it.
· Passion for working with children, particularly in the 0-3 age range.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to adapt therapy approaches to the home environment.
· New grads are welcome to apply.
· Any experience in pediatric speech and language therapy is welcome.
· Communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are beneficial.
· Compassion, patience, and the ability to connect with children and their families.
· Flexibility to travel and work in various settings, including homes, schools, and daycares.

We are a small startup providing pediatric therapy services in the Early Intervention program, committed to making a difference in the lives of children and their families. We believe in a personalized and family-centered approach to our services, and we want to expand our team to serve the needs of our community.
